Recovery & Wellness in Wollongong

Wollongong pairs surf-town recovery with university-town prices. North Wollongong beach and the Sea Cliff Bridge run draw a steady stream of surfers, runners and cyclists into the local sports massage and float scene, while UOW keeps a younger, budget-conscious clientele that keeps prices honest. The escarpment-to-sea geography means trail runners and ocean swimmers share the same waiting rooms. It's a refreshingly unpretentious scene for a city this size — and an easy train ride from Sydney for a recovery day trip.
