Recovery & Wellness in Cronulla

Cronulla is the Shire's recovery headquarters. Surf lifesaving carnivals, ocean swims at the rock pools and weekend sport at Shark Park keep the local remedial and sports massage clinics honest — these are practitioners used to shoulders wrecked by surfboards, not office chairs. You'll also find a growing contrast-therapy scene, which makes sense in a suburb where the ocean has always been the ice bath. Ferries to Bundeena make this an easy day trip from the city.
